What are the benefits?

The Hosted Buyer program offers the following incentives:

One (1) air ticket "nonstop" in economy class to attend Expoalimentaria.
Transfer service: airport - hotel* - fair.
Free admission to the fair
Access to the buyers VIP room.
Special invitation to the Welcome Cocktail.

* Only for Official Expoalimentaria 2019 Hotels.

How do I qualify?

Professionals from international companies with purchasing power in the sectors and products represented at the fair:

Importer/Supermarket/Trader/Distributor
Buyer/Purchasing Director
Interested in buying food products (agro and fishery sector) exhibited in the fair.
In preference, companies that have not made business with Peru yet.

How do I apply?

Complete the registration form with all the required information. After that, the Technical Committee will send you the results of your application in approximately three weeks. If you have been approved, we will contact you as soon as possible in order to organize your visit to Lima.

What are my obligations?

If your application is successful, you must consider the following obligations:

Visit the fair at least two days.
Schedule and participate in at least six meetings with exhibitors of your interest through the business matchmaking platform.

Considerations and relevant information about the Hosted Buyer program

Read the Terms & Conditions of the Hosted Buyer program.
The registration form must be fully completed; otherwise, your application will not be processed.
The Technical Committee will evaluate the information you have sent through the registration form to decide if you are eligible or not for the Hosted Buyer program benefits.
Non-buyers and exhibitor companies will not be considered in the program.
Applying does not guarantee to get the whole benefits and it is subject to a limited number.
The Organization reserves the right to accept or decline your application.
Once the benefits are accepted, the applicants have a limited time to confirm their attendance.
Participants have to cover other expenses that are not mentioned in the Hosted Buyer program.
Results will be communicated starting on May 2019.
